Two tabs for Help desk main page with statistics of tickets and SLA reports.
Compatible from Easy Redmine 2019, Easy Project 2019 (platform 07+).
After import, please read the Information noticeboards, you will need to do some very quick minor adjustments according to your data.
How to apply
You will find the page in Administration >> Page customisation >> Built-in pages >> Help desk overview
Warning: Do NOT simply choose Apply template from this list of dashboards. It would rewrite your existing Help desk dashboard!
Instead, follow these steps:
1) Go to your existing Help desk page (More >> Help desk)
2) Click Customise this page
3) Click Apply template
4) Select Add tabs option and choose the template
