This is a homepage template for Helpdesk managers. First of the two tabs displays my work such as list of helpdesk projects, my tasks, meeting calendar and trend indicators showing me incomming and closed tickets last 30 days. Second one is to support operations. It shows helpdesk tickets in kanban view and listed by assignee, urgent tickets, helpdesk projects and some charts such as open tickets by operator or open tickets by status.
hi, is there any upgraded version of this with SLA handling and reports like total tickets created and closed without sla , with sla , etc ?
please guide to create such report ..
Hi Sandip, unfortunately not yet as new SLA features have not been released yet either. David
