Alerts for CRM cases and Contacts

With this modification, you can add entities Contacts and CRM cases to be watched by Alerts. Just include them as Saved filter or other options to consider. Result: Assignee on Contact or Sales Group should be notified if their contact has expired cloud subscribition or updates are expired. It could daily or weekly send a report according to the Saved filter.

I would like to have alerts for all entities which use easy_query. Meaning everything you can display as a column or filter by. Not just CRM cases and contacts.

Has anyone got an alert that i can create to warn help desk members that the contact no loger has a support aggrement
