This feature gives you the ability to filter with a condition "working days only" as well as "more/less than X working days ago" on CRM cases. Why is it important (added value) to take into account working days? For example, we want to filter CRM cases that are created more than X working days ago (more than X days ago is not right for such a case). We want to take into account weekend.
