Can we classify actual expense types?

Hello Taner, thank you for getting in touch. Just to clarify, are you talking about expenses in a budget in Easy Project or Easy Redmine? Just to make sure I give you the most accurate answer possible. Thank you!

Common project expenses are calculated from 2 expenses type:

 - Personal costs (hourly rate* number of hours)

 - Other costs - which you can set up as a total ammount, or create particular expenses entries one by one  (variant you are probably asking about)

for this  expenses, planned or real, you can set up the Custom  fields with list data type in  administration, and as a possible values you  will add your clasification. In custom  fieled setting you will make it groupable and  filtrable, what allows you to make reports on base of your classification.
