Contact no longer supported


Hi I need to somehow highlight to help desk team that a particular client no longer has a support agreement. There is a flag in each contact that has a Y/N re support. Thanks


I can recommend you to create new custom field for your contacts in More>Administration>Custom fields. There you can leave your note about support details for your operators.

Or you can also create new contact type in More>Contacts>Types of contact.
